VQM Vacuum Machine
Description
The new generation of our vacuum machines is the HS type.
In combination with the vQm patented high-speed valve, this machine offers an extremely quick and easy-to-use solution to vacuum pack large volumes. If required, you can flush the packaging with external gas for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
Operation:
The vQm HS vacuum unit is supplied with a 4” color display where the system is pre-programmed with different settings. the customer is also able to program his own favorite settings:
In case you wish to flush the bags with an inert gas (like Carbon Dioxide or Nitrogen) the create the optimum (MAP) conditions inside the bag, you head to connect the vQm unit to a separate gas supply.
The unit is to be connected to a compressed air supply (8mm tube) for the different pneumatic applications. We recommend air quality classes to DIN ISO 8573-1.
The patented valve
The patented vQm valve allows you to create and maintain vacuum conditions inside the bag at an amazing speed, 1000 liters to 500 hPa within 30 seconds!
Flushing with external gas for modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) is also possible. By doing so, insects can be killed in all life stages, without using chemicals. Due to its filter medium, powders can be vacuum-packed as well.
FIBC Quadro Packaging
Description
The Quadro big bag is a ready-to-use, form-stable big bag (105x105x120cm, SWL 1200kg), with a liner that is made from a 7-layers, 140 micron, high-barrier film. The liner is equipped with a filling and a discharge spout, as well as the vQm high speed valve. The vacuum-proof liner of the Quadro bag has diagonal baffles, which are sealed across the four corners. This ensures that the big bag keeps its square shape after filling. The Quadro bags optimize the use of space & loading capacity throughout supply chain. If the bags are not under vacuum, they can be double stacked after filling to fit in a standard container.
FIBC ALUMINIUM LINER
Description
The offer varies between FIBC with aluminium liners or separate aluminum liners, suitable for your FIBC. Any standard dimension FIBC is possible, including a filling and discharge spout according to your requirements. We offer the liners in various compositions, ranging from 120 to 160 microns.
